Fitment help, install guidance and tuning support from people who build and ride what they sell.
Select the controller using your maximum full-charge battery voltage, battery and BMS current capability, target phase current, motor setup, cooling and intended application. Use Find My Controller for an initial recommendation, then confirm any critical requirements before ordering.
Battery current is the DC current drawn from the battery and BMS. Phase current is the current delivered by the controller to the motor phases and is normally higher. Both limits must be matched to the battery, motor, wiring, connectors and duty cycle.
Symbyote Systems controllers are organised into 60V Class for 8S–16S battery configurations, 96V Class for 17S–29S configurations, and 144V Class for 30S–40S configurations. Always check maximum full-charge voltage, not only nominal voltage.
Symbyote Systems controller products are splash proof. Internal electronics are conformal-coated for additional environmental resistance, but the controller is not intended for submersion, pressure washing or uncontrolled water exposure unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Yes. Supported Symbyote Systems controllers use a VESC based compatible configuration, tuning and monitoring workflow. Symbyote Systems is independent and is not manufactured by or officially endorsed by the VESC Project.
Yes, supported parameters can be configured within the published product limits. Incorrect voltage, current, motor or thermal settings can damage the controller, motor or battery system, so technical users should follow the applicable setup documentation.
Supported functions depend on the controller configuration, motor sensors, wiring and vehicle setup. Regenerative braking, reverse and ride modes may be configurable where the complete system supports them.
A standard Symbyote Systems wiring harness is included with the controller unless the applicable product page states otherwise. Platform-specific harnesses, displays, throttles and accessories may be offered separately.
A single controller normally controls one motor. Dual-motor systems generally use two controllers synchronised through CAN, subject to the selected controller and application architecture.
Yes. We provide documentation and reasonable technical guidance for supported products. The customer or system integrator remains responsible for complete wiring, protection, cooling, configuration and vehicle validation.
Yes, to supported destinations. Shipping method, customs duties, import taxes and regional fulfilment depend on the destination and confirmed order terms. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Eligible motor controllers are covered by the Symbyote Systems 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty. Verified dead-on-arrival or covered hardware defects within the first 30 days normally receive replacement rather than repair first, subject to technical verification.
No, unless expressly stated. Third-party names may be used only to describe compatibility or fitment. All trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Choose the controller-only option only when you can correctly design and integrate the battery, protection, wiring, motor, controls and cooling. Builders seeking a simpler installation should use the supplied harness and compatible accessories or an application-specific kit where available.
